This morning I decided to make a podcast instead of laying in bed and attempting to sleep. As sleep has decide it does not want anything to do with me right now. I would speculate that it is because I have a lot on my mind. A lot of good. A lot of bad. Thoughts that won’t go away no matter what I tell them to do. No matter how much I re-frame them. So instead of lying in bed wallowing in my self-pity, I decided to get some chores done. While doing them I had the urge to just get in front of the mic and talk. Get it out of my head, so that I can move on. It’s like I keep telling people, I am too busy to be depressed anymore. I have created too many things to keep me moving forward to sit there and paralyze myself with my thoughts. So, I hope you enjoy this early morning Audio Log as it was quickly thrown together while I was getting my chores done.
